Returns
Of course we think your pup will LOVE their Chelsy's Toy, however, if you need to exchange sizes or would like to return the toy, please see our policy below.

Refunds/Exchanges are only available within 60 days of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please send photos to the provided email below to explain your return.  You may be asked to return the product for further inspection.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
